We’re also hosting Office Hours each week for you to bring your questions, comments, challenges or concerns so we can provide guidance in real time.   • No, all foods are on the table. We do recommend tuning into your body cues around how foods make you feel. If you notice that certain foods or types of foods cause GI issues, sluggishness, headaches, or other unpleasant feelings it may be a food you choose to reduce in portion or limit.

  • We’ll be offering you weekly live Q&A’s where we can help you through any challenges in real time. You’ll have access to a private online community (in Thinkific, NOT Facebook) where you can get answers from us as well as support from others moving through the Reset.
