Our culture tends to focus on a narrow understanding of physical activity—meaning we tend to focus on sports, organized 'fitness' activities, and other forms of strenuous movement which can be hard for some to sustain. Yet daily movement - even gentle and intermittent forms of activity like gardening or taking a stroll - can play a big role in improving wellness.
This class will look at ways you can build a diverse range of movement into your daily routine, and use that as a stepping stone to build momentum and confidence for a more active lifestyle.
