Technical Tips
By now, you should have received an appointment confirmation with a link. On the day of your visit, click on the link to launch our telehealth platform. (Please send us a message via your patient portal if you have not received the link for that visit.)
Our telehealth platform works best in the CHROME BROWSER.
You will need to use a device that has both a camera and speakers.
While a phone or tablet is fine, we may sometimes want to screenshare. A desktop computer or laptop is therefore preferred.
For obvious safety reasons, we cannot conduct a visit when you are operating a motor vehicle.
