“After retiring from a stressful job and being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, my doctor recommended that I go see a dietitian. I have always struggled with weight loss and had a difficult time staying away from sweets in particular, but this diagnosis was a wake up call for me and I was ready for help. I met Kait and she always had a bright smile and was very easy to talk with. Right away, I began putting her recommendations into practice and started losing weight; however as with any weight loss program, I regressed.
