Diet culture tells us that changing what we eat will change how we look and feel. But it’s not as simple as that. In this short, three-day program of 30-minute live, online classes we offer:

✓  Practical advice to feel better, have more energy, and maybe even
lose weight

Our class was designed by dietitians and doctors to help you to understand how sleep, movement, mindset AND what you eat are all interlinked. We’ll get you set up with achievable, realistic and meaningful strategies which you can then build on to pursue your health goals.

The steps we will be focusing on are what we call ‘microadaptations,’ and the idea behind them is to provide you with both immediate relief, as well as to serve as a stepping stone for further progress.
