Live Weekly Office Hours:

Led by our registered dietitian and medical doctor, these office hours feature a short lesson, followed by a Q&A. The goal is to allow all members to bring their questions, challenges and concerns and receive evidence-based advice from lifestyle medicine professionals. All office hours are recorded as a private audio podcast and shared with members afterwards (if you can’t attend live).

With our combined decades of collective experience in lifestyle medicine, we know that lasting change is not simply about delivering knowledge—but rather applying that knowledge through practical strategies and personalized support that’s based on each person’s unique circumstances.

Kate Queen, MD

Dr. Queen (she/her)—our Co-Founder and Medical Director—co-founded Whole Health Partners with a vision of not simply integrating lifestyle factors such as diet, movement, mental wellness and sleep with more conventional medical care, but also creating the infrastructure necessary for long-term, sustained support.

She has practiced medicine for more than 30 years, and has been been named to the Best Doctors list annually since 2001; and was awarded the prestigious UNC School of Medicine Distinguished Service award in 2016. She is Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine.

Jenni Grover MS, RD, LDN:

Jenni (she/her) has been working to improve health outcomes and increase awareness of nutrition and lifestyle medicine throughout her 15+ years of experience as a practicing Registered Dietitian. She is a certified practitioner of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and is trained in Integrative Nutrition and Weight Management.

Jenni’s goal is to empower all Whole Health clients to use practical, individualized goals—developed in collaboration with the client —that work for each individual and their specific environment.

Kait Atkinson MS, RD, LDN:

For the past 10 years, Kait Atkinson (she/her) has been building relationships and improving the health of North Carolinians as a Registered Dietitians. Kait particularly enjoys diabetes prevention and reversal, as well as overall metabolic health.

Kait’s goal is to help her patients discover realistic strategies and behaviors that can be implemented into busy lives to significantly improve current and long term health. She believes that we can all find synergy when it comes to nutrition, and personally adopts an “all foods fit” philosophy.
