With a background as a yoga and meditation teacher, she brings a holistic, soul-centered lens to nutrition work—helping clients quiet the outside noise of diet culture and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

She is passionate about helping clients rebuild a balanced, peaceful relationship with food after years of dieting or disordered eating patterns.

She holds a certificate in Adult and Pediatric Weight Management and is a 500+ hour certified Yoga Instructor.
