“Two years ago, I was standing in front of Kate from Whole Health Partners at an unhealthy 291 pounds, and now 71+ pounds later, what a difference, life-changing, extended quality of life Kate has given me.”

— K.S., Asheville, North Carolina

We exist to provide flexible, personalized, long-term support, and are excited to work with you on your health goals.

What Can I Expect?

You’ll have two initial visits with your care team — one with a registered dietitian, and one with a clinician. On your first visit, we'll spend a full hour to explore your story, your health concerns, your prior experience, and your aspirations so we can help to build your unique plan of care.

Together, we’ll cover your health history, nutrition, sleep, movement, and mindset. We’ll ask you questions to make sure we understand any health challenges you have, and what you want to achieve. And then we’ll set out an action plan for how to get started.

How Much Does it Cost?

Because we are in-network with most NC insurance providers, most visits — including your initial consultation — are available at no or very low cost to you.

We’ll verify your insurance before your visit, so there’s no hidden costs or surprises. Most registered dietitian visits are fully covered as preventive care, with no co-pay. Clinician visits are billed in the same was as your PCP. Higher deductible plans may require more upfront costs.

What’s the Commitment?

Lasting behavior change takes time. We see the best results in patients who keep coming back.

We want to provide long-term personalized support based on what works for you. There’s no set cadence of visits, and no long-term commitment. We personalize frequency of visits to your needs.

Step away or take a pause at any time - we’ll still be here to support you when you are ready to resume.

What if I Cancel?

You can change your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no cancellation fee.

Most Visits Are Covered, Often at Little or No Cost With These Insurance Plans:

A Few Things to Note:

  • We are in network with most NC insurance providers, meaning most visits are covered at no or low cost to you.

  • We do not provide primary care, rheumatology services or support for active eating disorders.

  • Because of licensing requirements, all patients are required to be NC residents.

*For clinician visits, high deductible plans will incur higher fees until the deductible is met.
