Featuring regular sessions with our team of registered dietitians and a medical doctor, as well as access to personalized meal prescription and planning software, these packages are ideal for someone committed to investing in their long-term health.

Our 1:1 Counseling Packages are focused on in-depth, personalized support and include:

In-Depth Needs Assessments

For new patients, you’ll meet with our clinicians*, and also with a Registered Dietitian*, to make sure we understand your health status, goals, and the lifestyle factors that are influencing your current level of wellness.

Ongoing Counseling

Once we’ve established an understanding of your goals and circumstances, you’ll work with our providers to develop practical, long-term strategies to get you where you want to be—and you’ll check in twice a month to assess progress and adapt plans.

Personalized Nutrition Prescriptions and Meal Planning

All packages include a three month subscription to EatLove, a HIPAA compliant, personalized meal planning and nutrition prescription app that we’ll help you customize according to your nutrition prescription.

*A Note for Existing Patients: since you've already been assessed, your monthly package is offered at a reduced rate. Should your needs change and you/we think a new assessment would be beneficial, these can be purchased separately.

Designed by two registered dietitians and a medical doctor, our 1:1 Session Packages were created based on what we’ve observed during our decades of collective experience in lifestyle medicine. 

We know that lasting change is not simply about delivering knowledge—but rather applying that knowledge through practical strategies and personalized support that’s based on each person’s unique circumstances—and we also know that maintaining that change requires adapting to whatever life throws at you.

Kate Queen, MD

Dr. Queen has practiced medicine for over 30 years, first as a public health nurse, and then as a medical doctor. 

The goal of Whole Health Partners was not simply to integrate lifestyle factors such as diet, movement, mental wellness and sleep with more conventional medical care, but also to create an infrastructure and a culture for providing long-term, sustained support and peer encouragement. 

Jenni Grover MS, RD, LDN:

Jenni has been working for 14 years to improve metabolic health outcomes and increase awareness of nutrition and lifestyle medicine. 

Jenni’s goal is to empower all Whole Health patients to begin practical, individualized plans—developed in collaboration with the patient —that work for each individual and their specific environment.

Kait Atkinson MS, RD, LDN:

For the past 10 years, Kait’s goal is to help her patients discover realistic strategies and behaviors that can be implemented into busy lives to significantly improve current and long term health. 

She believes that we can all find synergy when it comes to nutrition and personally adopts an “all foods fit” philosophy.
